Bone Infection - How to Deal with It

Bone infection is not something that should be taken lightly. There are a number of ways to get bone infection, all of which are serious and some of which come from not receiving proper medical treatment. There are also certain types of illnesses that make a person prone to getting a bone infection.

If you have one of these illnesses, it is a good idea to check with your primary care provider on ways to prevent bone infection from occurring. If you are diagnosed with a serious illness, consider asking your primary care if you are at risk for having this type of infection. (more…)

Prevention of Tooth Infection

There are few things more painful than a toothache, and the majority of them are caused by a tooth infection left untreated. Typically, an infection in the mouth is caused by poor oral hygiene or oral health care not received in a timely manner, and the result can be not only painful in the mouth, but the bacteria associated with a tooth infection can quickly cause problems in the jaw bone, the face and eventually many other parts of the body.
